Sunday Morning Sound Bath

Service Description

1st & 3rd Sunday of the month. Morning sound bath and meditation to ground and reset for the week ahead. Crystal bowls, gongs, rain sticks and more will be used to help soothe, ground and reset your nervous system. Depending on the facilitator, gentle movement or breathwork is included in the meditative experience. Donations appreciated.
