Rooted Youth Yoga

Service Description

Rooted Youth is a donation based mental wellness program for teen girls ages 12-18. We gather once a month in both Rexburg and Idaho Falls. We focus on building confidence and community through yoga, meditation, journaling and peer connection. There is a suggested donation of 5-10 dollars per class, but it is not required as we believe cost should not be a barrier to mental and physical health resources.
