Service Description

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Restorative yoga poses include very gentle twists, seated forward folds, and gently supported backbends. This class is 40 mins of restorative yoga. The last 20 minutes is ended with a relaxing sound bath.
